We charge a flat rate for all U.S. shipments to keep things simple and predictable.
For international orders, a different flat rate applies to cover additional shipping costs.
Shipping fees are waived when products are purchased alongside registration for one of our courses.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Domestic shipments usually arrive within 5–7 business days; international delivery times vary and can take 10–21 business days.
We ship via trusted carriers and provide tracking information whenever available.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
