Refund Policy

Group Sessions (HypnoBirthing® and Others)

Due to the nature of small-group education and limited class spots, all sales are final once your registration is confirmed.

If something unexpected comes up before your course begins:

You may request to transfer your registration to a future class series (based on availability),
You may upgrade to private sessions for an additional $200,
You may use the credit to another course, offering, or product(s)
Gift, transfer, or donate your spot to a community member who would benefit from the class.

Once a class series has begun, no refunds or transfers will be issued.

Private Sessions & Custom Services

Life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session:

Please give 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

If we need to cancel for any reason, we will reschedule with you promptly or offer a full refund.

We hold firm, compassionate boundaries around pricing and refunds to honor my time, energy, and the integrity of this work. If you’re navigating financial barriers, we offer sliding scale options and occasional scholarships—please feel free to reach out before registering.
