Rooted in deep self-trust and designed with queer families in mind, this course offers everything you need for basic birth education and embodied preparation. We blend modern evidence with timeless tools (breathwork, guided relaxation, affirmations, and partner support) to prepare your body, heart, and mind for birth. *This course is reimbursable by health insurance plans that cover birth education.
