Holding the Wild’s HypnoBirthing® series is a 5-class journey for those who want to birth with intention, calm, and power. Rooted in deep self-trust and designed with queer families in mind, this course offers everything you need for basic birth education and embodied preparation. We blend modern evidence with timeless tools (breathwork, guided relaxation, affirmations, and partner support) to prepare your body, heart, and mind for birth. *This course is reimbursable by health insurance plans that cover birth education. Washington's ESSB 5814 law, effective October 1, 2025, now requires businesses to collect sales tax on live presentations, including online and in-person classes, seminars, and workshops. If you are in the state of Washington, sales tax will be applied.
